Breakfast Tostada Recipe

I made home made salsa and decided that eggs would be an excellent pairing. Then the ideas started rolling in. Ooooh tostadas my hubs bought the other day. I had avocados that needed to be devoured and plenty of tomatoes. Into the fridge a few minutes digging around and walla! Breakfast Tostada!!! 



Servings: 1 Person


  • Tostada  (homemade, or bought)

  • Spinach

  • 1 Egg

  • 1/3 cup Egg Whites

  • 2 Tbl Salsa (homemade, or bought)

  • 1 Tsp Grass Fed Plain Yogurt 

  • 1/2 an Avocado 




This recipe is pretty simple. I would suggest cooking your eggs first, both the whole egg and egg whites together. Then it's a matter of stacking the ingredients like Jenga! Ha ha ha. Make it how you like it and enjoy. Simple, fast, and a little fancy! I hope you ya'll enjoy this recipe comment below and show me pictures of your creations!
